Terms And Conditions - Effective Date: 01/07/2025

By booking any service with Fastidious Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

Fastidious Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing services including:
Paint correction (workshop only - Mobile Shaded/Undercover Area Only)
Ceramic coating (workshop only)
Interior & exterior detailing (mobile or workshop)
Detail Maintenance and custom detailing packages

We reserve the right to decline any service if the condition of the vehicle is beyond what can reasonably be detailed, if unsafe working conditions are present or if the customer has become aggressive towards myself.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or social media.
A deposit of 20% is required for paint correction, ceramic coating and Full Interior/Exterior Deep Clean.
Final payment is due upon completion of the service.
We accept Bank Transfers, Eftpos, Cash and we can write up invoices.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hour's notice to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hour's notice.
In the case of poor weather, mobile services may be rescheduled.

4. Vehicle Condition

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing damage.
We are not liable for damage caused by faulty or deteriorated vehicle parts (e.g., loose trims, cracked paint, degraded clear coat, manfaucters defects).
Excessive pet hair, mould, or contamination may incur additional charges.

5. Workshop Jobs

Vehicles dropped at our workshop must be picked up by the agreed time.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles and will need to be removed before drop off.
Vehicles must have valid registration and be legally drivable.

6. Mobile Service Requirements

Sufficient space, access to water and power and safe access must be provided.
We may decline service if the working area is unsafe or inaccessible (e.g., busy street, low clearance, no shade).
Water and power access is required to complete the service — please advise in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.

7. Warranty and Results

Ceramic coatings and paint correction results vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and how it's maintained.
Maintenance and care instructions will be provided post-service.
No guarantee is made for long-term durability if care guidelines are not followed and correct washing techniques are not conducted.

8. Liability

While all care is taken during detailing, Fastidious Detailing is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing faults or undisclosed conditions.
We hold appropriate insurance to cover our services. If a client has Not Read the Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions and later claims damages or objects to the collection of photos/videos (including those showing the vehicle and number plate), responsibility remains with the client, as acceptance of our services implies agreement to these terms.

9. Use of Photos

We may take before-and-after photos/videos of your vehicle including number plates for marketing purposes. 
Let us know in advance if you prefer your vehicle not be photographed or have your number plate removed/edited out.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
